Hi, I'm the other half of this circus of crazyness. I, too, play a bit of World of Warcraft. I'm the one who originally got my wife into it and have been playing (mostly) since March 2006. I've gone through a whole group of friends and am now into another group. The first group of people I played with have either stopped playing or have gone to another server.

I also play a few other games, mostly on the Xbox 360. I have a bit of of short attention span with games. I play for a bit, get bored of it and then jump to another one. WoW has actually been one of the few games that can keep me interested (addicted?) for a longer period of time. On the 360, I'm currently playing Fable II, Rock Band 2, GTA IV and a few others. Also, still trying to find time to finish off Fallout 3 on the PC.

In WoW, we both finally hit level 77 last night, which now allows us to fly again in Northrend. We can also finish one of the Winter Veil achievements that requires us to fly (or we'd have to do some crazy steps to be able to do it.) Maybe I'll hit 80 before I thought I would, which was like March.

I know the layout/design is still a bit “rough.” I need to tweak some parts that I don't like/look dumb. I just needed to get something up quickly so the site could go live.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope to keep this thing going!

Welcome

We are a family of gamers. Mom and Dad have been gaming for as long as they can remember back when you only had a joystick to use and saved your games to cassette tapes.

They've been gaming together since they met in 2002. Sometime after 2006, they both started playing World of Warcraft and did that for many years. They started this blog, originally called Sideshow & Syrana which has now transitioned to the new Stay-At-Home Gamers site, while keeping all of the original content.

Starting in 2010, two more gamers came along (now known as Princess Boo and Mr. X) and they are now old enough where they both enjoy playing games and watching others play games. They are both excited to have others to watch them play their favorite games. Come along with us and let's enjoy these games together!
